How long will it take to receive my order?

All standard orders are shipped within 7-14 business days. Your package should arrive at your location within 5-14 business days after it has been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available both within the United Kingdom and to most countries outside the United Kingdom.

How do you ship?

We set unit prices excluding shipping cost, and list the shipping method(s) available. For small packages and low-cost items, we normally use Royal Mail first class. Large packages and higher cost items may require shipping with Fedex, UPS, DHL, or TNT.

How can I track an order that’s been shipped?

We are happy to provide your shipping tracking information upon request. For large and high-value items, you will receive a notification when the item has shipped, with details of the courier. In these cases, most couriers will provide a tracking service and notify you of how to track your item.

Please Note: ALL international buyers are responsible for all customs and duty charges along with any additional brokerage that may apply for complex customs-clearance procedures. Shipping does not include duties and brokerage fees. You are responsible for all brokerage, customs and duty charges associated with the shipment. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
